Guest Services and Handling Sunflower Aviation will provide meet & greet for all arriving guests from their international flights (arrival and departure) and guided to Domestic Terminal for check-in for flight. Meet and Greet services should be booked with our reservations at the time of the booking with flight details provided. Sunflower Aviation will provide guidance for guests to the International Terminal for those connecting international flights or to their Nadi Hotels transfers if they are overnighting in Nadi
Terms and Conditions FREE Nadi/Denarau Hotel pick-up is offered for the Flights however if the booking is within 24 hours of the flight departure time, pick-up cannot be guaranteed. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions The Flights requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
Flight Times Flight times may vary slightly from those originally confirmed due to daily flight scheduling and weather conditions. Where possible, any alterations or amendments will be communicated to the client/passenger
Passengers must land in Nadi before 3:30pm in order to use the flight transfers due to Aviation last light requirements. Operating time within daylight hours typically 6:45am and 5:30pm. Please note May, June and July have shortened daylight hours
Schedule Changes and Disruptions Changes once ticketed are subject to availability and will incur a AUD50.00 service fee. Changes within 72 hours of travel are not permitted. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Cancellation/Refunds/No Shows Fare is refundable if booking is cancelled within 72 hours of departure. Cancellation inside 72 hours of departure is nonrefundable. “No Shows” will result in cancellation of sector and value of ticket being forfeited.
Weather & Safety All of our flights are subject to weather and the PIC (Pilot in Command) makes the final decision regarding the continuation of any flight and may terminate the flight at any time if he/she deems it unsafe to proceed. Flight times and routes are subject to change or cancelled due to weather conditions, or air traffic control.
Child Policy Children 0-2 years are *FOC* (sit on the lap of a full paying adult) Children 3-11 years pay child rate (50% of adult fare) Children 12 years and over pay adult fare
Baggage Allowance Please note the weight restrictions is applicable, strictly 23kg per person including carryon for baggage. If maximum weight is exceeded, surcharge will apply in some instances (this will depend on which aircraft is used) and pilots approval.
