Cancellation and refund policies apply. Child/Infant ages & Policy Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to ride on a jet ski. Children between eight (8) and sixteen (16) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is over eighteen (+18) years of age, and ride tandem. Minimum age to control a jet ski during a tour is 18 years.
Special Condition
If the Captain assess and confirms on the day of the tour that the weather is not suitable and unsafe for the trip, we will reschedule for another day convenient to you or refund you in full* (Please refer our terms and conditions)
However, is the weather being permissible and safe enough according to the Captain and you decide not to take the tour, then the money is non-refundable.
