During construction we used recycled plastics where possible (including the decks) and we recycle water and desalinate. All waste is safely disposed of back in Port Denarau or recycled.

The transfer trip by boat will take approximately 45 minutes, there are no bathroom facilities on the transfer boat.
There are plenty of bathrooms at Denarau Marina and on Seventh Heaven so please use these prior to departure.
Check-in is at least 30 min prior to departure.
We are unable to wait for you past departure time so please be punctual!
Depart from Denarau at 9:00am and returns to Denarau at approximately 4:00pm

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate kids under the age of 8 years onboard Seventh Heaven for Health & Safety reasons.
You will also need to bring a towel, sunscreen, and a smile!
Seventh Heaven offering is more suited to more mid to high end clientele with 6000 square feet of leisure space, large array of menu items,a massage hut onsite with two massage beds, our 4.5 jumping platform, snorkelling and kayaks.
Seventh Heaven is only a year old so all of the facilities are very new including our 6 restrooms and lots of seating in the form of both lounge chairs, day beds and bar leaners.
Boat rides available for children and non-swimmers to enjoy snorkelling and water activities in shallow water.

Cancellation Policies: Cancellation within 24 hours, due to Weather Conditions, we will first attempt to reschedule our guests for another day, should this be impossible according to the individual’s holiday schedule then a full refund will be issued.
For an unexpected injury or sickness, a warranted medical certificate should be presented to us, for a 50% refund. If the guests are not present on the day of booking, then no refund will be issued.
